The 32 teams who have qualified for the Europa League knock-out stage

The 2012-13 Europa League group stage has been completed and now only 32 teams remain in Europe's premier club competition.

As usual, the first round proper has thrown up a few shocks and surprises, but most of the big teams will be pleased to get through unscathed, despite a few scary moments along the way.

Below, we look at the 32 teams left in the competition ahead of the Uefa draw on December 20:

Draw procedure

There will be two pots for the round of 32 draw: the 12 group winners and the four best third-ranked teams in the UEFA Champions League group stage will be drawn against the 12 group runners-up and the remaining third-placed UEFA Champions League sides. In the games on 14 and 21 February, no team can play a club from their group or a side from the same association. The draw for the round of 16 will take place on the same day.
